Steven Kramer has over 20 years experience on the Monterey Peninsula managing his clients and his own properties.  He is Broker/Owner of Munras Property Management. Steve had a prior career in the U.S. Navy where among other duties was Chief Engineer of a warship and a project manager. Steven is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. Steven has additional training in real estate appraisal and commercial real estate. He holds the commercial real estate CCIM designation, Certified Commercial Investment Member. Wendy Kramer has many years experience managing rental properties. She is Owner/Manager of Munras Property Management. She had a prior career teaching Nursing and holds a MS in Nursing and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. She has been a licensed realtor. Wendy manages the day to day operation of Munras Property Management.
